Phenomenal staff were very flexible with a very complicated custom order. They not only reassured me that it would be completed in a very fast time, but even rendered a few last minute designs from scratch. The quality was top notch, very affordable, and I was thoroughly pleased with their service. I will definitely use Design-N-Stitch from now on!

I called this place looking for somewhere to take liners for easter baskets to be embroidered. These guys here were so helpful, friendly, and professional. I love that they are a family business. I went in Kevin went through all the fonts, colors everything came out great, so patient didn't rush or pressure me at all. They prices were very affordable and I love that they are local, would prefer to give my business here than a big box shop. Will use them for any and all printing and embroidering needs in the future :)

Wow. I am seriously impressed. The folks at this business went out of their way to help me and should give lessons on customer service. I walked in (out of the blue) with an unusual request and Kevin dropped what he was doing and treated me and my small project like it was the highlight of his day. He guided me through font and color selection, offered tips and gave me all the pros and cons...he was very forthcoming and upfront about the possible outcomes. And, the price was soooo low that doing it had to be a labor of love for him, because I'm convinced it wasn't worth his time to do it. I had the finished product in a few short days. What did he do? Embroidered my initials on a leather tote I picked up on sale at the NM Last Call outlet for a song. I'm so pleased!
That's right he took my crazy idea and made it real, so now I have a one-of-a kind leather bag for peanuts. Hmm, I wonder what else would look sensational with embroidery on it?

My church has done several shirt printing jobs there and the quality and service has always been outstanding! They are very patient and never pressured me into making a decision. We once needed a job done within the next two days and to my surprise this was not an issue and my order was ready for pick up the next day! The price was right otherwise I wouldn't have returned time after time. Word of advise when you go there ask to speak to Bob or John....they are the head people there and always work with me to make sure I get a great price without sacrificing the quality.

I've done PLENTY of business with these guys, but they are very busy and always have the weekends off. If you're in a hurry to get an order filled, go elsewhere. If you have time to wait, you'll be very pleased with the work. Loyal customers should be rewarded and they are not here. It's strictly business!
