i called to have a few parts installed, but because i bought them, and not them, they can't do it?? you're still making your money on labor, so what's the big deal? these parts are direct OEM that i found cheaper online than gong to a dealer, so why wouldn't i buy them?

Have to agree with the other reviewers, this guy is fast, honest and a great communicator - not words you associate with mechanics!!! Would definitely recommend and will definitely use again.

Do you need an honest, well trained mechanic? Your search is over. Go see Curtis. I've had Curtis work on my cars and trucks for over 25 years. He used to service my fleet trucks and actually made me aware of two dishonest employees I had working for me. He could have just sold products and made money off my employees corporate cards and it might have gone without detection.

As for my personal cars, he has always completed the work efficiently and dependably. Once or twice the repair wasn't correct and he always made good on the repairs at no additional cost.

I once went to a dealership for recall repair and was confronted with a supposed estimate of over $6000. I immediately went to Curtis. Result: $325. I've never gone back to the dealer and Curtis is still maintaining that car. (4 years).

I think it's a challenge to find reputable mechanics that you can trust to do the needed work properly without ripping you off.

This statement may seem weird, maybe hard to believe but Curtis is an honest mechanic. I went to get an estimate on a tire rod issue I was having and he gave me a decent price to fix. However, I couldn't get it done then because of money issues so I came back 3 months later when I was ready. When I asked him if he can still do it at the price he quoted me months ago, he saw that the parts were cheaper and therefore dropped the price by $100! Who does that!? This was very nice of him and I realize why people keep going to Curtis!

Curtis is THE most honest, hardworking mechanic we've ever dealt with. And, yes, Curtis will take you home so you don't have to wait at his station. We'd recommend in a heartbeat.
