Curry Point Halal Grill

Curry Point is currently my favorite Indian restaurant in Sunnyside.

+ The $2.00 garlic naan is to die for hence the reason for 5 stars. Fresh thin cut pieces of garlic, seasoning, and basil sprinkled on a toasted and slightly burnt naan with a chewy outer layer. Best item on the menu. Must try.
+ Chicken, beef, or any meat kabob. Can't go wrong with the combo menu with kabob, rice, and salad. I've tried 4 different combos and they all tasted fantastic, however the meat was overcooked and thick every time.
+ Note it is best to call in advance to pick up. One time I had to wait 10 minutes for the naan.

- Some nights the restaurant is packed and therefore no seating area for those who order to-go. I was awkwardly standing in front of a couple while they were enjoying their meal. Very uncomfortable.
- Avoid the Chicken Tikka Masala. I ordered it for lunch and had the runs for a couple days. Perhaps it was just the one time, but I suggest you not to order it.

Small but Pretty good food! I always like their chicken biryanI. They have the best chicken biryani ever!

I will not recommend anyone for this restaurant. Their behavior is also ridiculous.all the negative reviews are totally correct and I think all the positive reviews are from the owner or the other staff of this restaurant.

good when you dine in worst when you order take out. Always have burnt naans , kabab and half the plate of dish

Usually I love curry point and its food. i was visit curry point after long time. most of the time i do home delivery. Today one new waitress was there and she didnot know how to treat the customer. she really needs to be learn. I was very much annoyed with her behaviour. it was around 3 pm. ( march 19 2015). she and her friend mocked at us. that's okay. usually other girl do the packing of leftover. but today she let me to do and also gave used plastic bag of grocery shopping for packing..! i was so annoyed and she didn't deserve a penny and i too didn't give any tip.
