Culture Espresso

Probably my favorite coffee shop in the wasteland that is midtown. Cute decor, delicious cookies and great coffee.

Really upset with the service, Walked-in First time here asked the Barista How is your Espresso - She looked at me like I am from another planet, with a shy attitude replies well is good - I asked is it bitter is it sweet how is it? well if i do a good job must be good. Followed by a for here or to go with an attitude. I said to go and followed the line to pay.
$3 Dollars later, espresso not hot enough, reheated flavor no full mouth strength, tasted like beer hops. Coppery after taste. Nothing to return for.
Growing up in the mountains sipping coffee (not that everyone must know about espresso/coffee)
1. A fair reaction to a question is to describe it while you selling it should be the case or be knowledgeable enough
2. Being a hipster is cool, an impeccable Customer service is Cooler.

A wonderful little coffee shop. Limited seating but perfect for takeout. Superbly crafted espresso drinks prepared quickly. Highly recommend the flat white and cortado. The chocolate chip cookies are thick, baked to perfection and delicious. The hipster is strong with this one, though the staff are reasonably friendly.
