Cucina Fresca

I went here with my boyfriend on a Saturday afternoon and it was absolutely amazing. The staff was attentive (I don't know where Gigi got her review from- that blonde "with the horse smile" was very nice and polite) and the food was amazing; I love how they give you little starters (we had fried mozzarella cheese and pork shoulder, along with pizza squares and bread) regardless of what you order (they're free). We had stuffed mushrooms and burrata (fresh mozzarella) to start- both were so, so delicious- and shared a rack of lamb for our main course. We asked that the lamb be cooked a little more and it was back within two minutes and was great. For dessert we had their skillet cookie, which literally melted in my mouth. Definitely worth a visit!!

If the stars could go higher it would a 10. A good old fashioned neighborhood restaurant that is so rare these days. Prompt and courteous service at all times. The food is fresh and served hot, a little more time is well worth the wait. The owners and staff remember your names as repeat customers, it's like a Cheers in so many ways. And let's not forget variety, the specials are fantastic along with the daily menu. Friday and Saturday night reservations are very much needed. Kudos to all at Cucina Fresca.

My first review ever: We were the only customers. The owner, a blonde with the horse smile, was very rude. They advertise 3 course meal for $9.95 but they consider a drink as a third course. When i started asking questions, she got upset and started yelling at us, she is very unpleasant person. She said it's my restaurant and you could leave. We didn't order anything but just left. We went next door restaurant- Fushimi, very nice wait personnel and delicious menu.no wonder that cucina was empty but fushima was full.

I have been a patron of Cucina Fresca for a little over a year, and in that time it has gotten better and better. Never had a bad meal or experience, and the prices are quite reasonable. They are always happy to accommodate special requests or substitutions This is a BYOB establishment (not sure what the review by COREY on Dec 9 is all about since they do not have any alcohol for sale), so feel free to bring your favorite wine to enjoy with dinner. Owners Jill and Charles treat the patrons like family, and the pleasant service by both Antonio and Amelia is just right. This is a small restaurant nestled within a group of stores and a few other restaurants, but it should not be overlooked.
