Worst customer service! I placed an order for delivery, I was told it would take 45min to 1hr. Almost two hours after I placed my order I called to make sure it was on the way by this time. They told me they had an issue with the driver and that the order was going to leave in the next few minutes. At that moment I asked to cancel my order and to refund my card. It is four days later and I still have yet to receive a refund on my account. Never ordering from this place again.

i got the calamari it tasted like fishy shoe leather, pizza is soggy, and the bread smells like mold i would never order from them again

Ordered an entry for pickup. The food was good. However, OMG, what a bad attitude the girl behind the counter had, from the moment she answered my phone. When I actually went to pick up the food, the guy (a different staff) )charged me an amount higher than what's on the menu. When I asked to confirm, the credit card receipt came out correctly. He didn't print me a copy so I asked for it. That same girl just ripped off half of a note paper, and scribbled down the amount that I was charged, left it on the counter and turned around. No conversation, no smile, no eye contact. What a bad experience. Never go back to this place!
