came in on a saturday looking for a fill in for the next day. was directed to karina who told me she had a client at 10:30 am and she could take me next. i asked her if i should come in at 12 (because i know how it goes) and she said i could be there at 11:30.. the next day i text her when im heading out and she texts back some time after telling me to give her an extra hour. i did. got there at 12:30 instead. claimed she was backed up. told me to come back in 30 minutes . i offered to wait there for her. she went back to giving someone a pedi. more than half an hour later got up to give the same person a mani. its obvious she took someone ahead of me. nearly two hours and a half after my 11:30 i get up to take a call outside and when i get back in after no more than 2 minutes, someone else is sitting in her chair. i just walked out without a word. will not be returning. very clear to me they do not respect or value anyones time. its obvious i was more than patient. terrible. zero stars. 4 thumbs down.
