I had a very satisfying experience with this storage facility. I can confirm what other reviewers are writing: this location is very clean. Ventilation and air conditioning work as they suppose to. Excellent experience thru and thru, I first called from the internet advertising for set up- Sophie (location person) was thorough, fast and professional, just the way I like it because I am a very busy person. She even called me as I was on my way to remind me to have my own lock or it would cost $20.
Entire transaction was simple and polite.

In the past I have leased space at both Public Storage as well as The Lock-Up and in general felt they were satisfactory. Having now leased space at CubeSmart I now know there is a superior brand. The Flushing facility is first class! In particular I really appreciated the bright lighting and the carpeted corridors. I also want to give a shout-out to Nelida Ruiz, the General Manager, who was both very courtesy and extremely helpful. Well done!
