I arranged A storage unit online through the cube smart website and was contacted within 10 minutes of making the reservation . I was contacted by Loren at unit location. She was very friendly and very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the storage unit that I had reserved. She covered all the topics regarding the storage unit and all the paperwork even including insurance. The location is immaculate is so clean you could eat off the floor. I was very surprised with the great customer service and the great location status. I highly recommend this storage location.

The process was made easy by Elizabeth. She made sure things were clear and that the best options were given. This is my first experience with a storage and I'm glad it was a good one. I would recommend to anyone who may need storage.
