I seldom leave reviews, but I must admit I was pleasantly surprised that the entire process was seamless!

My service agent was really well prepared, knew exactly how to treat a customer and not only that, he did it Above and Beyond the Call of Duty.......something we used at work when you were "ABCD". I was impressed at how quick the processs was.

I would have given 5 stars except I don't remember being informed online that you MUST have insurance for your rental unit and the conveniently offer insurance for $12 a month!! This seemed MORE THAN A BIT UNDERHANDED and honestly should lower my review to a 1 star......but the customer service is why I'm only reducing my rating to a 4 star rating. Clearly Mr. M. Is a keeper as an employee:)

The agents were friendly very professional and informative. They offer ideas and recommendations on best solutions for storing items. We found the u it and the surrounding areas extremely well kept painted and a feeling of all newness. Thank you

fantastic costumer service, Mathew was just great with helping me get everything i needed and set up.

We use this space for our business storage and have had a great experience with the staff and manager Matthew. The space is accessible when we need it - 7 days a week, parking spaces are always there, the price is fair, they have worked with us on deliveries and disposal, accepted and implemented some minor suggestions we made on improving access (like getting more carts). In general we are very happy with the space and service we receive.
