Jordan (the General Manager) is very accommodating, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, attentive and approachable. He was patient, kind and understanding of my needs and wants. I felt like I was in good hands and so are my belongings. I am happy with my choice of choosing to use this Cube smart self storage.

On the hottest day of the year my family and I decided to move and place our stuff in storage. I called at least 5 storage places for availability & pricing. But I must say when I called Cube Smart they treated me like royalty on the phone. But when I arrived to the facility it was as if they rolled out the red carpet. We were all hot, sweating & hungry therefore a bit grouchy. We were greeted by Jordan Johnson who was ready for our arrival. He was absolutely awesome in every which way. I was taken care of expeditiously & his customer service was impeccable. Thank you Cube Smart, thank you Jordan Johnson for taking such good care of my storage needs & my family.

Excellent service got there after 6 pm soon time to close and a customer was a head of me still Agent R.Grannum helped me the best she can did my paper work and still waited for me until I was finish at 8 pm when they usually close at 7 pm I was so thankful that she was able to assist me very nice person grate personality good with customer she should get a raise have wonderful patience ....thank you so much hon really appreciate it I would definitely recommend people to 2887 Atlantic ave 0559 cubeSmart
