Customer Service was great! Ashley was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Only problem is Im trying to move my belongings from L.I to BK location and it is a bit pricey.

One of the managers, Ashly, assisted my during a couple of visits prior to my reservation. She was always very friendly and was knowledgeable about the inventory of storage units. She showed me a couple of units and allowed me to choose the one liked the best. For that, I was very grateful.
