I recently had to obtain storage due to downsizing. I never before had to go through this process and wasn't well informed about it at all before walking in the door. The team at Cubesmart on Stanley Ave. changed that for me. I chose this location based on close proximity to my job. Based on the customer service at this location I would say that I am extremely happy with my choice. Elizabeth spoke with me about the process, options, took me on a tour and answered all my questions. Relocating is stressful enough, however this part of the process was very smooth. I was able to rent the truck and I was impressed at how well maintained it was, Jeremy gave me the information and handled my deposit very professionally. I moved in and ever since, have been highly satisfied. Very clean facility. Also, coming in to pay my bill monthly is always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. I've even encountered management, Lee who has extended a greeting and inquired about my CubeSmart experience to ensure my satisfaction with my storage needs. I would definitely recommend Cubesmart and this location to anyone with storage needs. Thank you for the great service provided!!! Job well done!!

I currently rent at Cube Smart on Stanley ave. Each time I got into the office the guys smile and offer me coffee i feel like where on that old school TV show cheers where everyone know your name. Seriously those guys are great thumbs up.
