I used TWR, managed by CTG, to get home from the airport as part of business travel mainly because they are contracted with my company. I will never use them again, and I do not recommend their services for the following reasons:
- No confirmation sent by email or text after booking
- Difficult to organize a meeting spot -> led to overwhelming wait time charges
- No GPS or research done on the destination -> relied on me to navigate
- Gave me a hard time when I asked for a receipt & did not itemize (or include at all) any charges
- Waited over two weeks to charge my card
- Charged a tunnel fee for a Jersey to Jersey trip
Not only was the experience different (and a unconventionally antiquated when compared to competitors), but I ended up paying double what a competitor charged and FOUR times what I would have paid had I used Uber.
I booked through CTG as a courtesy to my company and to avoid craziness of hailing a cab at the airport, but this proved to be crazier & more expensive
