I am so glad that I went to these guys for my repair. My laptop had a cracked screen from me dropping it accidentally. I no longer have warranty on it, so Dell was trying to charge me around $400 to replace the screen, which was too much. I called a few other places including geek squad and got the same high price. I never heard of CSI Unit in my life, but decided to call them anyways to see what quote they will give me. I had nothing to loose at this point. They gave me a quote, which saved me around $200. On top of me saving money by going to them, I received great service in a timely manner. I am glad that I gave these guys a call. They are located in an apartment, which does not phase me, as long as my computer got fixed. A++ for price and service. Thank You
