Excellent service. I've been using CSA for over 15 years and have encountered nothing but consistent, high quality AV design and installation.

Completely flabbergasted at your customer service, or lack thereof. Never have I been hung up on by a service provider when trying to have a civil conversation. I simply called to gain a better understanding of why we were being charged more than double than what we were quoted. When my husband booked the appointment he was never told by you that he was receiving the first appt of the day. Our first phone call from anyone telling us a tech was at our house was just before 9am - I have a hard time believing you when you say the tech was at my house at 8:15 am - perhaps he was, but more likely he was sitting in his car wasting time. Additionally, when I questioned your tech how long he would need to do the job he said one hour, conveniently forgetting to tell me he had been there since 8:15 am - a bit shady if you ask me. Had you let my husband and I speak and not continue to interrupt us or outright blame my husband for hooking up the components incorrectly, I think you would've realized that we weren't trying to avoid paying the cost of the job, just simply trying to understand how the cost had inflated more than double. Your sales reps and staff are rude and lack professionalism. My husband said it best when he told you that this concludes our relationship with your business.
