AWFUL! Management was barely there unless you're one day late on rent... literally. There was a hole in my cieling and water came in a week after I had asked them to fix it. It ruined my laptop and a bunch of Ralph Lauren pillows along with a chair back massager. The management was ALWAYS out on a cigarette break and they never responded when something needed fixing. Also during the busiest times of the summer the management would take extended weekend vacations without notice making one unable to give them the rent check and upon returning they would immediately place a letter under the door demanding the rent. Also a person on the floor was having their nurse put feces covered sheets in the COMMUNITY washer and dryer. The person was elderly and very sick however putting something like that in the community washer and dryer is unacceptable as someone could get a staph infection. When we complained to the management they said that it was not their problem and that we would have to contact the manufacturer of the washer and dryer... THATS A HEALTH PROBLEM! The management also decided to dig holes in the floor of the lobby and leave it open with a cone up randomly for repairs but left it like that for over a week without any explanation. Also the lifeguard leaves for over an hour and a half every day kicking everyone out of the pool area and locking up all the lounge chairs so nobody can sit out and then leaves before 5PM. The building's shape makes you unable to tan if you live in the courtyard and the courtyard magnifies sound. If you intend to entertain more than one person at a time do not live here as you will be reprimanded by management for being too loud. You can hear everything through the paper-thin walls. A middle-aged couple had ONE party during the summer on a weekend and they called the police. They were not usually loud or disruptive but the building told the police to break it up. I'm very happy I moved to a lovely building down the block that is beautiful and on the beach/boardwalk.
