Crystal Glass was understanding and responsive even with my small order on a Friday afternoon (something with which two other local shops did not want to be bothered)! I do mostly handyman work and so never have a large glass cutting order. However, Crystal treated even my small (tiny) business need with respect and courtesy. Thank You!

After looking around a bit for a custom cut mirror (Online and locally), i decided to come here for a mirror. The price was the cheapest in the area, and the cutting was done good. It was my first time buying a custom cut mirror, and i believe i picked the right people for the job. Really happy with the quality of the mirror too. Staff was super nice! Jennifer, the lovely lady at the front desk was fantastic. Larry, who did the cutting was also great. I would definitely recommend anyone in the market for a mirror to come here.

What a great find! From beginning to end I was treated as a valued customer. We ordered piece of glass to fit our unusually shaped window seat, and it looks terrific. Jennifer at Crystal Glass was very helpful, and made suggestions about glass thickness and finishing that were very important. She is very knowledgeable, lucid and has good suggestions. She quickly gave me an estimate, that was very reasonable. The technician who came to temp plate the space was also very professional, polite and knowledgeable. The delivery was exactly when they said and they placed it perfectly, even cleaning the glass off after placement. I highly recommend them.
