I've been coming to this gym and love it.. I have not come to any situation.. The members are pleasant and not a big deal about the wifi...The gym is awesome and I use my phone for music and love it...
We need to adjust and stop complaining about everything...
The gym is clean and enough equipment for people to use..

I joined this gym in November 2015, It is not a bad place never really interact with staff just hi and bye. I was at another smaller gym and this one is cheaper and has more machines, especially for cardio. My major complaint about this gym is no WIFI with everyone streaming music now these days. If they would put WIFI this would be a 5 star gym.

Went in with a friend for the First time & over heard staff talking crap about the costumers who just walked out and they where cursing. Wasnt perfessional at all . No wifi . Then when i was leaving a staff member gave me additude asking did i wanna join i said nooo and he said why i said becuase no wifi and he said no one uses there phone at the gym . He gave me a nasty additude and i walked out very angry . They need new staff and more machines and WIFI !!!!! THIS GYM SUCKS GLAD IDIDNT JOIN AND HAS HORRIBLE REVIEWS ANYWAYS

STAY AWAY Very Unprofessional Staff and Manager
Manager John Geary and his staff at woodbridge crunch gym is very very rude and unprofessional to their customer. I had to cancel my membership and personal training due to medical reason and they are still charging my credit card for personal training. When I called them to ask for refund John refused to refund my money even after I presented document signed by his staff that I will no longer be charged after x date. John was very disrespectful and threatened me to charge next month too.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY.

It's honestly not nearly as bad as most of these people are making it out to be. Crunch is affordable, clean, and well-stocked with equipment. Never really had to interact with the staff very much, only to freeze/unfreeze my membership, which I've done multiple times without issue. Only gets somewhat crowded after 7 on weeknights, but this can be easily avoided by literally going at any other time, usually when there's like 15 people there. Solid place, no real complaints.
