Awefull service! Trust me save your money for someone who will value loyalty! They employ crappy office managers who cant wait to give you cancellation agreement notices. Because they dont know what a good service is so they cant give good service.
I agree that place is going down hill, especially that NO ONE CARES no matter how long you were witb them they simply dont care. Its sad.

Crunch isnt what it use to be...but I still love it. There are some great classes like Buddha Belly, Hot Yoga, and Pole Dancing. My fave location is the one on 38th Street..like having the gym to yourself.
