Nice central location to everything. 3301 had good views of times square. A lot of people wandering around outside made it difficult at times to get in to the hotel entrance. Annoying bus tour sellers outside. Hotel staff were attentive and friendly. Rooms need a bit of a refurbishment. Overall a good sta.

Nice place just in the hearth of times square. Everyrhing is just blocks away from hotel. Is little expensive but it worths, is just manhattan maannn....

Was there for an event to receive an honor. Had red wine spilled on me. The staff, without asking came to my rescue saving my suit & public embarrassment while accepting my reward.
Would get red wine spilled on me again at the Crowne. 11/10 stars for staff.
