Don't let this happen to you. STAY SOME PLACE ELSE.
I can't even begin to express my DISTASTE for this hotel and how they handle business. We were DOUBLE CHARGED for our room. The Food in the Restaurant was DISGUSTING. NO ONE responded to our service call to fix the TV. It's been a week and nothing has been done to give us back our money. Upon speaking to someone else at the hotel, he attempted to FINALLY issue the credit and instead charged us a THIRD time. These people are IDIOTS. No one returns calls and no one takes ownership or accountability for this company. Still waiting for the Corporate Office to get back to our billing issue inquiry. I will NEVER EVER stay at a Crowne Royal ANYWHERE in this world because of how we are being treated by this location.

Complaint #1: Upon checking into our room, my daughter found a pillow with make up stains on it and a pubic hair ironed into the fabric. Front desk staff was apologetic, but made no offer of compensation other than a new pillow. A comped breakfast would have been nice.
Complaint #2: No hot water. Call to front desk #2
Complaint #3: No soap. Glad I checked before getting into the shower. Call to front desk #3
Complaint #4: Plastic panel that covers a hole to access plumbing in bathroom wall comes crashing to the ground. Call to front desk #4. Because it was midnight, nobody could come fix it. Had to sleep in a room with the bowels of the hotel exposed.
Complaint #5: Left word at the front desk for somebody to please fix the hole in our bathroom wall while attending my father's funeral. Upon returning to the room at 10:30 pm, hole is still there. Call to front desk #5.
Complaint #6: Guest who had the room prior put coffee grounds in the Keurig machine where the water is supposed to go. I guess the cleaning staff doesn't check things like that. Had to wash out the machine before I could use it.
Complaint #7: A/C stopped working our last morning there.
For record we did complain about all of this. Main manager Ravi and my husband got into a fight over the pillow, and after that all of our complaints were ignored. We were offered no compensation of any kind for any of the problems we encountered. One manager actually offered us free breakfast, but main manager Ravi rescinded the offer out of spite.
We were in New Jersey for my father's funeral and I spent more time talking to the hotel staff than I did my family. It killed me to see the $300+ dollar charge on my credit card.

Newly renovated and done nicely. Price was great, staff was friendly and I would definitely stay here again.

This place is amazing great location. The room was spotless very comfortable bed the breakfast area is breathtaking with the exception that for the room rate breakfast should have been included staff were very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my stay here I will definitely stay there again.

Location is amazing minutes form Paramus Hackensack and NYC. The room was spotless and tastefully designed we could even see the NYC skyline from our window. Staff and front desk was very kind and accommodating. The highlight of was the circular bar and restaurant which offers amazing views over looking NYC. Definitely will stay there again.
