Staff were helpful, respectful and tolerant of an entire wedding party in their lobby. The rooms were in beautiful condition. The in room coffee was actually pretty good, too

Old room, shower drain was clogged, breakfast was poor and waitresses grossly handled my silverware from the wrong end of the utensils (grabbing the "pitchfork" end of my fork...ewww). Stay at a Marriott instead.

Not exactly what I had in mind when I think about the Crown Plaza. I was taken back a bit, I had expected this hotel to be very grand and elegant. Although they did a decent job with the lobby, the time spent wasn't enough to get the full experience. We had a wedding party staying in the presidential suite, however it was anticlimactic when we went in. I am sure if you are staying here and have never been to a 4 or 5 star hotel you will be impressed.

They put me in the presidential suite. That was awesome. Very clean hotel. Helpful staff.

Overall a very good place to stay for a night. The rooms were arranged for the business traveler. I liked the free wifi. The room that was nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was also nice withthe exception that for the room rate breakfast should have been included.
