Terrible customer service. Tried to get a plaque made here for a church. They promised to get back to me in a week about cost and with a proof. One week passed, nothing. 2 weeks, nothing. I called, nothing. I called again and they said they would get right back to me. One week after that, they emailed me a "proof" that my kid could have drawn on the computer. I emailed back to ask how much it would be and guess what? No return email, no call, nothing.
They knew this was important to my church. This is NO WAY to treat customers.
