Words cannot express our gratitude for the level of service Mr. Gregory Perry; affectionately known throughout the Bronx community as GP, provided during our recent stay. We were pressed for time to have a plate engraved for our parent’s 50th Anniversary gift. As soon as we landed from Atlanta, we Googled and phoned Crown Trophy. GP stepped up to the plate and rescued our last minute request. Low and behold we had no idea we were working with a saint that provided quality service! GP not only provided extra packaging for the gift, but he advised how to word/present. Wait…there’s more…..GP recommended one of his favorite restaurants and even called the owner to ensure we were taken care of upon arrival. In addition, he ordered us a cab to drive us over to the restaurant. We were floored when we received a personal call from GP to ensure the restaurant was to our liking. I quietly thought, “Who does this in these crazy times we are living in??!” But wait…there’s even more. He contacted his friend/Mgr. at the hotel we stayed to ensure we were comfortable, and sent a gift to our room. Now, tell me where will you EVER find this kind of service? GP, you made our trip memorable and you well represent the community of the Bronx! A million thanks! Kevin and Elaine.
