They were quick to reasond to our call, however, they were not able to properly diagnose and fix the the tractor (2011 freightliner cascadia) which had a low coolant code. That would be forgivable, but during the tow to the shop (who fixed the coolant issue in less that 5 minutes) they hit a bridge with the tractor and made NO contact to explain the accident.
