When your clothes come back with marks on them and it was they who caused it, they take ZERO responsibility. Happened twice to me. I was told "you must have dropped it off this way". No. I took a garment from the store where I bought it to Crown to have it pressed. Not taking responsibility is not good in my book. Buyer beware.
