I have been a customer of Crown Auto since the 80's and wouldn't even think about trying anyone else. Mark always prides himself on offering THE BEST service and products for his customers. Yes, you get what you pay for, but he is always reasonable. Let’s face it, the auto industry isn't what it used to be, but it is reassuring to know that Crown Auto and especially Mark will always be there to offer you service with a smile. If EVERY dealer in the area and beyond uses him for any and all of the work they need done and recommends him to all of their customers, that should tell you something. Crown auto should be your first and only call for WHATEVER you want done. Like Mark always says: "We can do whatever you want done".. and he means it! Never ceases to amaze me and never had a problem with any of his work or staff. Top notch always. Look, at the end of the day, like most people, you want a job done right for a fair price.. Well with Crown you get that, but you also know that Mark doesn't cut corners to get any job done and the safety of you and your family is paramount. So, go see Mark and tell him Pete the Greek sent you.. you won't be sorry and you can thank me later!

Bad service on headlight work. Problems with replacing and if replaced it was done with bad one that went off again!

Great shop, they did a great job on upgrading my headlights. The new location has a parking lot which is very convenient.

The worst customer service I received An XM Sirius Radio and a free installation card.I went to Crown Auto an authorized dealer of Sirius Radio to instal it. They asked me to come at 8am, and the technician came up at 9:15 am. they said that they couldn't do it talked to Sirius Radio
and send me home and refused to give me back my free installation card. After I got the 2nd Radio I went back to day and enplane that I don't want to install it if It if all the costs are fully covered by Sirius Radio. The technician was very rude to me and started to install regardless, I asked to talked to the owner Mike and he didn't let me, When Mike finely came he was rude to me as well and just brushed me off and didn't want to give me my free installation card so I can go some place else.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
