I hate the Colombian lady that works behind the register. Had a problem with the front desk at my clinic that always screws up my schedule for refills and practically had to beg her to talk to my doctor on the phone to get my script(since it's linked to the hospital or something).
It's a pretty bad place, or only go there out of sheer convenience but if you can go to a better place, that's what I'd recommend

I like this pharmacy they are always quick and easy if you have any questions you can call and they'll answer right away but sometimes the younger girls are a little snippy but overall its great

Doctor called in script. Got to Crossroads where they told me it is store policy to have a physical script.
My doctor and his nurse jumped through hoops to fax them the rx before they closed.
Got there 10 mins before close. Asked if they got everything and they said yes.
Waited for 20 mins when the 5th nasty person told me they didn't have the medication. WTF
The WORST pharmacy experience in all my 57 years.
2 other patrons in there with me had issues also.
Go there just to see what goes wrong.
A nightmare.
