This review if for one of the real estate agents from Crossings Realty - Naoki Okai. If you want a successful deal, avoid him and probably this real estate agency. Okai is missing basic customer service skills, attention to details and patience. He is not even able to schedule basic meetings for visiting the apartment available for sale such that all parties involved are accommodated... Stay away from this real estate agent and you will be better off later on! Definitely not recommended.
