In a few words. This box is awesome. Above all, the coaches are great. The coaches know and understand movement mechanics like no other. They know their stuff and impart that knowledge very well. What I also love about this box is the programming. The coaches place emphasis on mobility and injury prevention just as much as the metcons.

Disclaimer: My review might be a little biased, because I just got back from a really good workout at CFQueens. You know the endorphins and all. :)
