Dropped in while visiting a friend for the weekend. They were extremely fast in responding to our email to drop in, welcoming, and friendly! We had a fun partner WOD with Mario and everyone hung out after for a bit. The community is great, the programming is simple, and the coaches are awesome. Highly recommend!

The coaches were awesome and very knowledgeable. I was a drop in for a week and found Prospect Heights to be the perfect place to train in. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to train in a cool facility with great coaches and a great atmosphere.
