Awesome guys! They know what they are doing to get you into shape without injury. Very fun, yet challenging classes. I would highly recommend Kingsbro Crossfit.

So glad I joined. Great classes, great teachers, not too cult-y, which is admirable for a crossfit box. The place has a low-key, no-frills, friendly vibe. They push you where it counts: In the workout.
