Crossbay Car Wash And Oil Change

Hated this place. Will never go back, go to the one on Rockaway blvd. Last time I went here they damaged my rims and will take absolutely no responsablility for it.

They give you an attitude if you ask to dry the top of your SUV...wth!!! There is a sun roof that needs to be dried and cleaned also... Place went to crap recently

After the wash was over I noticed my driver window was not dried. Then I open the door to go get a towel to wipe it and notice a flood of soap coming out my door frame. Sure enough every door had soap in it and even the tires were white with whatever cleaning solution they were using! Sloppy work for a sloppy business.

Their website says it's open until 11.30pm but actually closes at 7pm. Went for a oil change never got it. Liars. Plz change time on website too.

I always come to this car wash. My cousin comes to this car wash and after I bought my car I decided to start coming here to wash my car. Their pretty good when it comes to washing my car, however I feel they rush the process drying my car when their busy, which is understanding, but I still think they should take a little more time drying my car, sometimes I see streaks on my windshield & windows but it's fine, I buff it out once i get home. I also come here to get my oil change, their amazing changing my oil. They take their time and always make sure my car is in good working order before I leave the shop. I highly recommend this car wash/ oil change location.
