"ALL AGENTS ARE CURRENTLY BUSY. PLEASE, WAIT FOR THE NEXT AVAILABLE AGENT". The response I've got for two days straight at the Cristie Kerr Woman Health Center, Jersey City.

Waits are over 5 minutes, over 10 minutes... If leaving my cell phone number no follow up phone call has been received from the Cristie Kerr, yet.

It WAS NOT like this a year to two years ago. Despicable!
