Worst Customer service EVER!!! when we arrived to the store, the only employee working was "helping" another customer (long story short) she didn't know why his phone was disconnected sent him home without service and told him "come back tomorrow to see if I can figure something out" not to mention the customer was as upset as anybody can get.
Now when it was my turn, I was trying to bring my number from another carrier, she started the process "something went wrong" she didn't know what was going on, kept texting on her phone in between and going to the back room. After about 25 minutes of clueless she comes up with the same solution "come tomorrow and I'll figure it out". I walked out and drove to a Gamestop location which offers Cricket Wireless and to my surprise everything was ok in the system just needed a payment, but since the process was started at a different location, they had to start all over again. The whole process in between the 2 stores took almost 3 hours of my time
I would stay away from this location. Would rather go to Gamestop in West Orange or West Caldwell
