I hired Vance/Crestwood Contracting for masonry work on my home (note that masonry work is listed as one of their "specialties").

The mortar/concrete they put in was so dry, it looks like sand and is coming down daily. It's a total mess. they have ignored over 3 months of trying to get them to fix it.

My advice ... don't use these guys. I understand that not every job can be done perfectly, but you'll never hear from them again. Very disappointing.
