Crestmont Toyota

Last week our family received exceptional service at Crestmont Toyota when we brought in a much loved but very old (12 years and 100k+ miles) Corolla. We were treated no differently than if we had a brand new luxury car. Our Service Manager Jess could not have been more courteous, thorough, organized and intelligent. He made every effort to make our transaction smooth from start to finish. Our family has been dealing with Crestmont for over 25 years and appreciate the excellent service from all the staff-thank you!

quick friendly and respectful service

Absolutely the worst service department starting from Donna (receptionist with an attitude) and "Sam the service writer" who claimed she was a service writer but couldnt answer a simple car question and did not know the difference between a key and a push start ignition. This "family run" dealer is full of people who probably cant even tie their own shoes without looking at a how to youtube video.I wish I could leave a 0 instead if a 1 star. Sticking with Prestige Toyota.

I had an excellent experience with Collie. He was up front and honest from the first time I met him 3 years ago. We had leased a Corolla and purchased a Sienna. I visited 2 other Toyota dealers and Collie beat all the prices. I enjoyed the experience so much, 3 years later I returned to lease another Corolla. Crestmont Toyota is an excellent dealer with excellent service and friendly people. I would recommend them to my family and closest friends...especially Collie Thomas. He once again beat the prices of 2 other dealers and an independent salesman. Thanks Collie for making the experience fun and enjoyable.
