Lori and Tom Cress are amazingly talented! They did my daughter's wedding 10/11/15 and far exceeded my expectations! They did everything exactly how I wanted it to be and more. They completely understood the look I was going for and definitely achieved it. My guests told me how stunning everything was! The centerpieces, bridal bouquets and the chuppah were gorgeous, every detail was to perfection!

Lori & Tom were AWESOME in many ways. Our wedding was an autumn theme. Lori & Tom was able to decorate the reception hall making it very classy and tasteful autumn feeling as oppose to going to a Thanksgiving dinner. They were willing to work with our budget and willing to accommodate any late changes we had. Michael & I were blown away with the flower arrangements from the centerpieces, the sweet heart table piece, the piano place cards centerpiece, ceremony floral arrangements and our bridal party floral pieces. Lori & Tom were able to incorporate a special fern piece with red ribbon that my Aunt had requested for us to wear with our boutonnieres on our wedding day. It is an Asian tradition. Tom had originally made a round centerpiece sample of what it will look like. Blown away. But realized our wedding tables for our guests were not round but rectangle. He suggested making rectangle shape centerpieces to compliment the shape of the table for our guests. Michael & I could not stop hearing the wonderful compliments from our guests throughout the night and after the wedding about the floral arrangements. Matter of fact, guests was fighting over to see who kept the centerpieces to bring home. Lori was able to offer great advice in decorating with the table and chair linens, sashes, all to compliment the colors of the centerpieces. When Michael & I walked in on our wedding day, we felt like walking into a dream. It was absolutely beautiful with all the floral arrangements and table linens, chair covers, sashes. Also, both of them suggested putting up cloth drapes in the ceremony room to give it a more warm cozy feeling. Initially, this was a business deal, but what Michael & I got out of this deal was two great friends. They were suppose to meet their son in California to go on vacation on Friday but realized they both wanted to be at our wedding day, Sunday, October 23. They decided to leave first thing Monday. Glad both of you were there to be part of it. Again, thanks so much Lori & Tom for making our wedding day a special one.

this florist was recommended to me by my brother-in-law who used them for his wedding two years ago. Tom is the owner and the person my fiance and I met and spoke to. He's a very sweet man, a little forgetful sometimes but really nice. I asked if he can arrange a tree of full of orchids for the place card area and he agreed to do it. Two days before my wedding, I get a phone call from one of their employees, Sebastian who told me that the tree was a rental and that I cannot take it home. He said I can take the orchids and crystals off of the tree but the tree is going back to the florist. I was very upset when I heard this of course, I paid over $200 for it, not expecting that I had to give it back. I told this employee that Tom never told me it was a rental. He said that I wouldn't be able to keep it and that was that. A week later, I called to speak to Tom and Lori, his wife answered the phone. I explained to her what happened, she apologized but said that I should have called and spoke to her or Tom instead. I explained that Sebastian called two days before my wedding, everything was very hectic at the time and I didn't think of calling to speak to them directly. I said her employee should not be telling brides that they aren't able to keep something they paid for. But she made it sound like it was my fault for not contacting them in the first place. Is this their idea of good customer service? I think not. Would I ever use them again or refer them to anyone in the future? No way.
