Creative Touch Flooring

This my preliminary review of Adam and his company. I met Adam through Google search about an issue My husband and I were having with a hardwood floor installation in our new construction. Adam took the time to explain to us what the potential causes for the issue We were facing could be and offered to come to the site to Offer his opinion on the situation. For months after our initial meeting Adam has taken our phone calls, answered any and all questions We have had and has gone above and beyond to help us in a situation where he does not stand to benefit in any way. He has a true passion for what he does. His knowledge on hard wood flooring trumps even of those contractors used for my home (of whom have over 30 years experience). Adam has gone above and beyond for me and my family. I am truly grateful and have full confidence in using Adam and his company for future projects.

Adam put his quote in writing and talked a lot of ka ka, but:
1. They left out a vapor barrier that was part of the quote..."my foreman said that you don't 'need' it." What? Since when does the foreman make decisions for the homeowner?
2. They left a a mess of splatter on EVERY wall, tape and plastic bags attached to the walls and a large nbr of marks on the floor. All of this should have been cleaned up.
3. They used MY tools to do some of THEIR work...and left left with MY tools at the end of the job. One tool was returned, the other..."I can't find it.", I consider stolen.

4. They used painters tape to seal underlayment seams. What?

So, if you want less that what you agreed to, a fair job, a big mess, and missing tools, go with Adam...who is chock full of excuses and apologies.

My wife and I recently purchased a new apartment that had 40 year old parquet floors. Priority number one was to get rid of those. We scoured the internet as well as consulted with Lumber Liquidators, Home Depot, Lowe's, as well as anyone else that would listen. In one of my internet searches I came across Creative Touch Flooring located in the same town I was moving into. Enter Adam Lewis the owner of the company. He walked us through the whole process. For a pair of novices having someone take their time to explain the whole procedure was crucial. Adam is extremely knowledgeable and made recommendations that were spot on. Once the work was completed (ahead of schedule) we were completely blown away. The floors look amazing and we've received compliments from everyone that has seen them. I highly recommend Creative Touch Flooring. They're pro's that come armed with ideas and solutions with attention to detail. We couldn't be happier with our results.

Creative Touch Flooring did a repair/patch job in our apartment. Long story short - we are absolutely thrilled! The new flooring matches seamlessly the older planks.
After removing a wall, we were left with a 7' long hole in our dining room floor. I called couple of companies for consultation, but three months later we still staring at the giant hole and trying to evoke the courage to redo our living room and dining room floors, as we were told multiple times that it was the only answer. Nonetheless, after a consultation with Creative Touch Flooring, Adam (the owner) come up with the best solution for our problem and it didn’t involve a redo of half of our home. He laid out different scenarios and their prices. His repairing idea fitted our needs and his prices were very reasonable, especially for the high quality of the job.
Care was taken to tape where they should, clean up and contain the enormous amount of dust generated. Adam never made any promises that the new planks would match the old ones perfectly, but the floor came out stunning. No one can tell where the new floor begins and the old floor ends.
Adam was seriously fantastic - both in customer service and in the actual quality of the job.
