Bagels taste decent however customer service is completely confused and their system is ridiculous to order. Have waited at least 25 minutes or more for 2 sandwiches on a weekend. Employees take one order per person and the work on it themselves. Completely screwed up way to run a business. No communication.

This location has by far the BEST bagels in the area. I work in NYC, and the bagels here are still my favorite in comparison to NYC. Their french toast bagels are great! They also serve great breakfast sandwiches and regular deli sandwiches with meats that they slice fresh. It's our favorite place to go on the weekends.

Never ordering from here again, I can ordered a cheeseburger platter with fries they charged me 800 for the burger plus 250 for fries, menu price says 6.95 I ordered avacado they charged me 2.50 for and I didn't even get it. No one knows what their doing here at all

Decent food, and good breakfast sandwiches. I personally like their sausage, egg, cheese on a begal. They recently expanded, so more room to sit. Nice people.

Not only was i given the wrong sandwich, the man behind the counter refused to fix the problem. When I told him I couldn't understand him on the phone he began threatening me and had to be held back from his employees. I was told to go F*** myself as I walked out the door. This was reported to the police.. Would never go back to this place again..
