Lack of communication and attention - that is my experience with this office.
I will never recommend this facility to anyone. I visited this office with a simple problem that grew into a chronic issue. When I requested third appointment in less then 2 months, I was told by receptionist that I have been checked out by two doctors/people - still no diagnosis - and she is not sure what they can do for me.
(HINT - offer to come in, offer a strategy plan to treat patients, or something in that nature - just a thought)
I told her that I need another appointment because my health issue was causing me great discomfort and I needed urgent help. She told me she will speak with Dr. Victor and call me back to set up an appointment. That never happened. When I called back, I spoke directly to Dr. I told him that I am not happy with his office not returning my calls, he didn't care much.
I found it very unprofessional from someone who is supposed to be there for his patients.
I am not going to waste my time, energy and my hard earned money on this office anymore.
