CPR123

I took my BLS and ACLS with CPR123 and Sam was the instructor. It was excellent. He was clear and concise. Gave constructive criticism and encouraged questions and answered them to our satisfaction. It was a small class which was also great. The facilities were nice and clean. Annie, who signs you in, is also extremely helpful and professional. I also really like the fact that we can go back to practice during the 2 years before I am required to recertify.

I've only taken two CPR classes in my life, but this one was way better than my first class. We practiced/acted the steps out so many times I really got them down and know I will be able to remember them. The class was interactive and we each had our own dummy to practice on. The customer service was also great, I got stuck in traffic but was able to remain in contact with them and they were very accommodating.

I took the ACLS recert class on a Sunday, and it was one of the best classes I have taken in my 18 years of healthcare practice. The instructor Sam was very knowledgeable, and taught the class in a very effective manner. Every student in the class had their ow nmannequins. All the students for the recert class got a chance at running the megacode, rather than an instructor running the code and providing the answers for the students. The several megacodes ran by Sam reinforced the variouis aspects of the ACLS program. I will recommend all to take this course with CPR123. They also have classes convenient for every one. I took the class on Sunday which is the only day I could have taken it. Next time I will take their class in Manhattan which is more convenient for me. The only thing I didn't like was the long way from Brooklyn to Long Island.

I took the BLS Class for Healthprofessionals and it was one of the best I've been to.
The facilities were clean and professional, everyone had their own mannequin to practice with along with the lessons. The Instructor was very professional, friendly and helpful.
Overall, a very good experience, I would def go back there for more training in the future and refer people there.

Took ACLS with Ben who was an excellent instructor. The use of advanced technology made this class not only a bit easier to understand but also tolerable for the 8 hours spent in class. The location was perfect; professional office space with plentiful parking. On the other hand, the owner needs to put a little smile on his face and have a more welcoming presence. Reiterating the no food/drink (except bottled water) policy in a domineering tone of voice was unnecessary (considering we are all adults).
