Usually I dont take time to write a review but the woman at the store in storia really deserved that one. After speaking to a very competent man before, I brought in an fully working Iphone for the most simple repair of them all. To change the battery. Takes 5 minutes and is pretty hard to mess up doing it. When I got back the onswitch button did not work anymore. She insisted that neither she ore the other employee touched the button, so it could have been broken before. *Both of them had used it to switch it on during hard reset. To prove her point she took the phone apart down to the connector to check the ribbon cable of the button. Instead of replacing the 1$ hardware she just put it back together with the broken piece still in there.
After that she told me that the included reseting of the phone would take about 4 hours instead of the 30minutes that was promised before the repair. Reason ? Well somehow it takes 4hours to download 1,5gb of data.
Still wanted the full price for the worst possible service. 2stars because the other people seem capable. thanks for nothing
