These guys are great with foreign cars. They fix my Range Rover and now it drives great. Great price. They didn't kill me on the labor because I had a Range Rover like most shops do.I honestly cant afford the Range Rover dealer in Manhattan. Coys does everthing the dealer use to do to my car without all the crazy prices. My son also bring his Jeep to Coys and loves there service too. Two thumbs up Coys. Keep it up!

I had an electrical problem with my 2006 BMW X5. I went to three other shops that just wasted my time and took my money. I went to the BMW Dealer to fix my problem. They charged me $2,150.00 to fix the problem. They also said I would not have my car for more than a week. A friend of mine told me to bring my car to Coy's Auto Repair. I spoke to Conrad. He check the car and took the time to explain to me the problem. For once, I was able to understand what was being done to my car. Conrad told me it would take 2 days but he finished the car the next day. He also fixed my navigation disc player for free. Coy's charged me under $400 for a job that the dealer charged me 2,150.00. They have the BMW computer so they were able to set all those meter on my dash that never worked. Its hard to find a mechanic when your a women. However, I was real happy with the service and the way they explain whats wrong with my car. The dealer will never over charged me again.

DANGEROUS SHOP!!! They crossthreaded one of my spark plugs during a routine tuneup, and instead of chasing it and rethreading the head, they used JB Weld to secure it. The plug was only hanging on by TWO THREADS!!! It could have been shot out like a bullet and could have been disasterous. This blunder was actually discovered by another REPUTABLE shop. When I confronted Bruce at Coys Auto Repair about the issue, he said he'd call me right back and NEVER DID. Then I called back and demanded I speak with the owner. Bruce put me on the phone with Lloyd, who was so unprofessional it was sickening. Lloyd took no responsibility for the botched job, and even blamed the mechanic who discovered the job. Incidentally, the mechanic who discovered Bruce and Lloyds botched job, actually fixed it for free and resecured the spark plug properly. AVOID THIS SHOP!!!! THEY ARE INCOMPETENT and TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR WORK. We will be filing with the BBB and the Attorney General for this, and a legal suit is pending. Avoid ths shop!!!
