The staff at the front desk was very helpful. It was late and we needed tea and he was able to accommodate us.

Location is right off the highway, easy to find. The staff were extremely accommodating to my groups frequently changing needs. We will definitely be staying here again next time we come up.

The location of the hotel was very ideal since it is a short bus ride to NYC, which was the reason for my family's stay. However there were a few small issues within the hotel. Starting with the rooms, the beds were rock solid and not the best of quality. However, the bathrooms were superb and met my family's needs. I was not happy that they got ride of the continental breakfast because that was a something my family enjoyed. We still are breakfast in the hotel and the quality of the good did not meet the price point. Overall the stay was great despite the few flaws listed above.

Clean and great rooms. Customer service is great and accommodating. If the complimentary breakfast was good or bad more variety I would give this hotel 5 stars.

Nice rooms but the WiFi was sporadic one night so I couldn't make an important phone call. They gave me 500 reward points as compensation but I really just wanted WiFi that night. Also, no breakfast.
