Coucou is a great place to learn the language and also experience French culture. The teachers are nice and understanding. They are also flexible in terms of scheduling conflicts. I have also made friends who are eager to learn French. This is a great place!

I started taking lessons at the Coucou just to have something to do besides my job, but after the fantastic classes and sense of community, I really see myself being able to reach French fluency someday (and have a great time getting there!). The instructors are fabulous, the lessons are smart and easy to follow, and help/flexibility is always available when needed.

Best, friendliest and most fun place to learn French in NYC!!!!
Not intimidating- the opposite! Warm and fun teachers who are cool and have a sense of humor! Très sympa!
