Cottage

The owner is rude he is always speaking or screaming very loud either to staff members about other people or on the phone to somebody else. I've actually been there with my children when he has been cursing and screaming at somebody on the phone and I had to cover my children's ears. This is why we now only ordering from the cottage. I will never do so again however because today the owner handled something with a discrepancy in my $50 +5 dollar tip breakfast order that showed he did not appreciate our business nor cared for doing business with us at all. They forgot something on our order which was their fault 110% but they say they did not charge port now I believe that they should've made the redelivery for no charge however he decided to charge us $5.99 which is ridiculous as we spend over $3000 a year just on breakfast at this hole in the wall diner yes folks that's $5.99 for a few eggs over easy and the delivery is 3 1/2 to 4 blocks from there diner. Now it is lost my family's business for ever and he gets to enjoy this review and if you others and left online which describe the type of service to expect from this man and his establishment

A decent little place. They do a nice job on the Mozzarella cheese fries, they have decent coffee. The atmosphere is extremely small quasi run down diner with decent food. Nothing to rave home about but nothing to really complain about either, worth the occasional visit if you're in this area.
