I will never order from this company again - terrible customer service. I ordered some birthday party favors for my daughter's birthday. A good number of the party favors arrived with defects however Costume SuperCenter would not allow me to return the items or even offer a credit because "I did not contact them within 10 days after receiving the items, per their policy."

Ordered a steampunk coat and a bunch of other items for a costume I was putting together for comic con. The overall ordering experience was basic, not much to say. I received it when it was expected to arrive and the shipping was free so it was all good. Before ordering, I saw the past reviews which made this place seem a bit sketchy, but the negative reviewers on here seem to have no other account activity so I just ignored them. Overall, a decent experience. I'll probably end up ordering something from here later on for next year's comic con if its something I cant sew together on my own.

I have had 3 experiences with the Costume SuperCenter. The first time, I ordered a costume and it did not fit. I was able to return it without any problems. I ordered a different costume, and it fit just fine. I got a lot of compliments when I wore it to a Halloween party last year. Recently, I ordered a wig. It arrived on time, fits well and looks great! I have no complaints about this company and will certainly order again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. Ordering from costume super center was a terrible mistake and was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had in customer service. I ordered a pirate costume for a local event and paid extra for shipping to make sure it would arrive on time. Shipping was delayed due to severe weather in the area it was shipping from so I went ahead and had them cancel the order and issue me a refund because it would not arrive in time for the event. First and foremost I STILL have not received a refund for this costume that was never physically in my possession. I called about the refund and they kept telling me that it was processed; I got an e-mail stating it was processed but only for the cost of the costume not for the shipping that I paid a ridiculous amount for. I talked to my bank on several occasions went through my statements and transactions the amount never showed up to my account. When I called to explain this I was told by a representative and her manager that my call would be returned by the end of that day (this was on 2 separate occasions by the way, neither time was my call returned.) I have spoken with 2 different managers both rude and very unhelpful who both told me that they would not reprocess the return because in their system it showed that it was done. I tried to explain to these idiots that I NEVER received the money and that at this point they were stealing from me and the only thing the manager would do is provide me with the transaction number and told me to talk to my bank again, I talked to them 3 times. Even went into the bank and had them print ALL account transactions within the last 2 months and it was not there still is not there I explained this to the manager and all she said was " can you get your bank on the line because we have a transaction number" my bank was closed and they had they nerve to put me at a further inconvenience to somehow 3-way my bank on the line to tell this idiot no she does not have the refund. Costume super center stole $60 from me and priceless time. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND WILL NOT RETURN IT! Worst experience ever.

Even though I ordered a costume on the 18th I never received it. Was told on the 28th I would receive it on the 29th. When I tracked the package the UPS shipment was transferred to USPS upon arrival at the delivery city at the sender's request! Why??? I'm sure to save money but that resulted in no package being delivered. If you want to be sure you get a costume in time for Halloween DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!
