As with most Costco stores, it's clean and isles are big enough to move through with people going the opposite direction. Pharmacy is usually well stocked. Food court though needs a reminder on when to change their gloves while taking orders, thankfully I haven't gotten to sick, but honestly it's a matter of time.

Bigger than Costco on Staten island. Good choices, staff helpful. The presence of self check out kiosks makes shopping smooth and fast at times. Expect long lines on weekends and peak hours.

The staff are so unpleasant. They think they are doing you a favor when you ask for assistance with locating a product. Truth, they will not have a job without people like us shopping at Costco period.

Inquiry concerns Kudos (RECOGNITION) to two of your employees at the Union, NJ store. Yesterday (a Sunday), I caught a flat on the NJ Turnpike (near exit 13) at approx 5pm (car was loaded with luggage returning from a cruise out of NYC). After changing the tire with the donut spare, clearly saw I needed a rear alignment as the blown tire was down to the wire showing (the left was equally bad with wire showing). Leaving the turnpike, I quickly realized we would not be able to find an open garage/tire shop (by now it's about 5:40pm). I knew I was going to get tires when I got back home to MD at the Brandywine, MD Costco store when I decided to google to see where the nearest Costco was. By the time I got to the store, it was 6:05pm and the tire shop employees were closing the gates (close at 6pm). Explained my predicament and showed them the bad tires. Employee Daniel S. (DS) and employee MC (didn't get his first name) helped by staying late and installed two new tires so the family and I could get home to MD. Just wanted to send a heartfelt THANK YOU to two GREAT Costco employees as they could have easily said I was too late and the store was closed. These are my two candidates for EMPLOYEES OF THE MONTH!!! We got home 3 hrs later than expected but got home safe with no issues! Thank you you again DS and MC at your Union, NJ tire center store.
